Terms and conditions

Method Payments:

Customer must send full payment upon confirmation of order. A 1.5 % discount rate will be applied on purchases paid with money orders or wire transfers.

Losses or damage:

LOSSES OR DAMAGE. Defierro Imports is not responsible for freight damage. Carriers upon acceptance of shipments, assume responsibility for safe delivery of products. Claims for damages should be filed with the carrier in accordance of the following procedure:
     a. A written request for inspection by the carriers' agent should be made within
        3 days of the delivery date or as soon as concealed loss or damage is
        discovered.

    b. Visible loss or damage should be noted on the freight bill or the carrier agent
        should sign express receipt and this document at the time of delivery.

        Note: Contents may be damaged due to rough handling and may not be
                visible on exterior packing. A purchaser failure to adequately describe
                external evidence of loss or damage may result in the carrier refusal
                to honor a damage claim. Carriers will supply a form for filling such
                claims.

 

Freight:

At your convenience, charges are FOB in our warehouse in Laredo, Texas. Customers pays for freight.

 

Time of delivery:

It takes 1 to 2 weeks for single pallets to leave our warehouse may take 3 depending on upfront order. but we will inform our customer.

For large orders that are manufactured it takes from 4 to 6 weeks for first truck loads to start leaving our distribution center with customer merchandise. May take longer depending on how many orders we have upfront, Time of delivery is negociated when purchase order is being placed.

 

Our merchandise:

Our merchandise is all hand-made and therefore some items may differ slightly from the catalog illustration as any hand-made product does, this adds to their appeal and originality.

 

Finish on products:

 All products are not painted (rustic, naturally oxidized).They are all clear coded.

Prices:

Are wholesale and subject to change without notice. unless  otherwise stated.

Returns:

By written authorization ONLY. Customer will incur outgoing and incoming freight charges. A 15% restocking fee will be applied.

 

Shipping:

Merchandise is shipped in pallets, all wire/iron products may be shipped loose via common carrier. contact us for more information at 1(956)220-0163

 

Shortage or defective:

Will be replaced or credit issued. Defierro Imports must be notified within three days of receipt.

 

On sale - Close out:

Merchandise sold on sale are all final.
